By using perchpress.com you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Perch Press sells digital books and printable sheets for download, supplied as PDF. You receive the file(s) immediately after payment. You do not receive any physical product, and nothing is posted to you.

Account

You do not need to create an account to buy. Your verified email becomes your access key. We do not use passwords.

Payment

All payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are in US dollars. We do not charge tax. Currency conversion is handled by PayPal or your card issuer.

Delivery

After successful payment, your downloads are available immediately on the order confirmation page, in your receipt email, and at /my-downloads via a one-time email code. Each file may be downloaded up to 5 times.

License

Refunds

Acceptable use

You will not reverse-engineer access to files you did not buy, share access credentials with non-buyers, or attempt to exceed the limits we set. Violations may result in revoked entitlements with no refund.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for 14 days.
