License (Personal Use Only)

When you buy a file from Perch Press, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use, under these terms:

You CAN

• Read it on every device you personally own: phone, tablet, laptop, desktop.
• Print the file for your own use at home, in your own office, or as a personal gift.
• Print a printable sheet as many times as you like, for yourself and the people in your household.
• Send it to a print shop (FedEx, Staples, your local printer) to print on your behalf.
• Keep your own backup copies of the files you bought.

You CANNOT

• Sell, give away, share, or re-upload the digital file, including to a group chat, drive, or class portal.
• Hand out printed copies to a class, club, team, or workplace. That needs a separate licence, and we are happy to arrange one.
• Use the file or its print in any commercial product for resale, or in a paid course or workbook.
• Upload the file to any stock, print-on-demand, NFT, or AI-training service.
• Claim the work as your own or remove our attribution.

Classroom, club, and commercial use

All three are outside the standard licence, and all three are easy to sort out. Email support@perchpress.com with roughly how many people are involved and we will quote a licence that fits.

Termination

Violation of this licence terminates it immediately and entitles us to revoke your download access.
