Do I buy everything here, or on Amazon?
Both, and the page always tells you which. Printable sheets are sold here and download the moment you pay. Our novels are published on Amazon, so those pages carry a Buy on Amazon button instead of a price, and Amazon handles the sale, the delivery and any refund.
What exactly do I get when I buy a download?
An instant PDF download. Printable sheets are print-ready and sized for A4 and US Letter, and they look right in black and white if you are saving ink. No app, and no account to create.
Do you ship anything physical?
No. Anything sold here is a file you download, and the books are Amazon’s to deliver. Nothing is posted by us, so there is no delivery address to hand over.
Why is everything a PDF?
Because it looks the same everywhere and prints correctly. Page layout, spacing and any artwork land exactly as they were designed, whether you are on a phone, a laptop or a sheet of paper. For what we publish, the layout is part of the book.
What can I open it on?
Anything. Phones, tablets, laptops and desktops all read PDF with no extra software, and every major browser opens one in a tab. Nothing to install, nothing to sign into.
Can I print the sheets at home?
Yes, that is what they are for. Sheets are sized for A4 and US Letter, print cleanly on an ordinary home printer, and are designed to still read well in black and white if you are saving ink.
Will it look exactly like the preview?
The previews are a sample of the file, not the whole thing. What you download is the complete original, unwatermarked and at full quality.
How many devices can I use it on?
Every device you personally own: phone, tablet, laptop, desktop. One purchase covers all of them, and there is no DRM to get in your way.
I downloaded my files and lost them. What do I do?
Go to /my-downloads, enter your email, and we'll send a 6-digit code. Sign in and you'll see all your past orders with fresh download links.
How many times can I download?
Up to 5 times per file. If you legitimately need more, such as a new laptop or a lost phone, email support@perchpress.com and we'll bump it.
Can I share the files with a friend?
Please don't. The licence is personal, and our files carry no DRM precisely because we would rather trust you than lock you out. If a friend wants it, send them the link.
Can I use these in a classroom or for a club?
The standard licence is personal use, so it covers printing for yourself, your home or your office, but not handing copies around a class or a group. That is not us being difficult: teachers and clubs ask often, and we are happy to sort out a licence that fits. Email support@perchpress.com and see the licence page for exactly what is and is not covered.
Can I use these commercially?
Not under the standard licence: no reselling, redistributing, or bundling into apps or products. If you have a commercial use in mind, email us and we'll talk.
Why is there no password? Is that safe?
Yes, and safer than passwords for most people. We email you a one-time 6-digit code when you want to sign in. Codes expire in 10 minutes and only work once, so there is no password to leak, reuse or forget.
Is paying here safe?
Checkout runs entirely through PayPal, by card or PayPal balance. We never see or store your card details, and PayPal's buyer protection applies to every order.
I want a refund.
If you haven't downloaded anything yet and it's within 7 days, email us and we'll refund within 5 business days, no questions asked. Once a file has been downloaded we can't take it back, so that order is no longer refundable. Either way, if a file is faulty or not as described we will fix it or refund you regardless.
